This motto is grounded in the belief that focused, structured training by coaches with experience on the field and on the sideline will lead to success by players. Training includes an all-encompassing mindset; technical, tactical, character building and motivational tools for success both on and off the field are the foundational components of FC Midwest All-Girls Academy. These principles are embodied in our players and have led to post-Academy success at the collegiate level.
